International Facility Management Association Merit Prize 2018 awarded to Integrated’s Analyst Programmer
We are excited to announce that one of our Analyst Programmers, Mr.Mok, has been awarded the 2018 Merit Prize by the International Facility Management Association Hong Kong Chapter for his research on facial recognition algorithm and development in the field of facility management.
Chris’ award-winning research titled “Design and Development of a Facial Recognition Algorithm for Access Control” was jointly supervised by Dr Kevin Hung of Hong Kong Open University and Integrated Corporation.
As a proud innovator in high-end access control and security solutions and we at Integrated have always supported university research and technological innovation. A good example would be our latest FaceX facial recognition security system, which works seamlessly with our powerful state-of-the-art management security system.
We are passionate about bridging the gaps between research and practical solutions such as access control, attendance, patrol, data analytics and visitor management to provide a genuinely comprehensive and cutting-edge security system capable of being tailored exactly to different requirements.
Once again we congratulate Chris on his remarkable achievement. We would also like to thank the Hong Kong Open University again for their continued support to leading industry research, this successful outcome would not have been possible without the strong collaboration between our R&D team and the Hong Kong Open University.
